The Plan That's Right For You

If you are like many people, the idea of (and anxiety around) making an appointment with an attorney ranks right up there with public speaking and going to the dentist.  At the initial, free interview, we will talk about estate planning or asset protection planning, gather the information we need to understand your situation, and begin the planning process. At this meeting we will give you an estimate of the cost involved, as well as an idea of how long it will take. We take the time to explain this complicated process in a way that most people find understandable. In addition, much of our planning is done on a flat fee basis which allows you to ask questions and take the time to get them answered at no additional charge. At the next meeting, you will sign your documents and begin funding your trust, if that's a part of your plan. When we are finished, you will receive a three-ring binder with all of your estate planning documents.
