BRIAN J. DesROSIERS, Esq., LL.M. is a managing partner at the law firm of DesRosiers & Tierney, LLC and has been practicing law since 1999. Prior to forming DesRosiers & Tierney in 2012, Brian worked as a Partner at Cody & Cody, LLC in Quincy and as a corporate associate at Cushing & Dolan in Boston. Brian graduated from St. Mary's High School in Lynn, MA, earned his undergraduate degree from Stonehill College, his law degree from New England School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University Law School. While in law school, Mr. DesRosiers was a New England Law Review Staff Member and Moot Court Board Staff Member. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, corporate transactions, asset protection, elder law and estate administration. Brian frequently speaks at client seminars, offering presentations on various estate planning and business law topics. Attorney DesRosiers is a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) faculty member. He has presented at a number of MCLE seminars and has appeared as a guest speaker on numerous radio talk shows. Attorney DesRosiers has memberships at the Boston Bar Association, Mass Bar Association, WealthCounsel and Business Networking International. Brian is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. District Court, First Circuit District of Mass.
Brian lives on the North Shore with his wife Amanda and his two children, Brayden and Bridget. Brian enjoys playing ice hockey, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and working out.
